As the company expanded, new and broader demands for information security emerged \u2014 and Leave a Mark was brought in to help strengthen and optimize their IT security posture.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The collaboration began with an initial meeting to identify which services best matched the specific needs of Copenhagen Economics. Together, we concluded that appointing one of our CISOs would be the most effective solution.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Value of a CISO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>By engaging a part-time CISO, Copenhagen Economics benefits from the full expertise and competencies of a dedicated security officer \u2014 with the flexibility to scale the involvement up or down as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our CISO was given the responsibility to initiate and maintain Copenhagen Economics\u2019 vision, strategy, and systems to ensure the highest level of protection for their information security.
