This kickstarted a close and long-term collaboration between ProMark and Leave a Mark Consulting Group. Among other things, ProMark gained access to a part-time CISO who assists in implementing and maintaining the international ISO standards ISO27001, ISO27701, and ISO27017, as well as implementing NIS2. The purpose of these standards is fundamentally simple: they protect ProMark's valuable information, such as personal data, and ensure the company's resilience.
As a regular part of the collaboration, ProMark receives assistance in managing various areas within the company, including risk assessment, implementation of policies, procedures, and controls, as well as documentation of IT security.
In addition, processes and workflows are ensured to be automated in connection with the maintenance of the various frameworks. Leave a Mark also participates in customer meetings and in responding to IT and compliance questionnaires from customers.
The results have been unmistakable. ProMark has achieved an even better balance between quality, control, and business, along with increased trust from their customers and partners.
